About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation and entire lifecycle of high-value, external customer-facing technical projects
  • Ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant delivery
  • Serve as the primary client contact and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance using structured project management methodologies
  • Identify and mitigate risks and proactively address issues
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular stakeholder updates
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with policies
  • Offer strategic advice to customers and manage vendor deliverables
  • Maintain accurate project documentation
  • Enable building and/or venue owners to engage AT&T on network improvements
  • Lead significant projects and large programs with strategic autonomy
  • Influence executive decisions, mentor less experienced staff, implement long-term plans, lead meetings, and innovate processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science or Business
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Certification is required in some areas
  • Requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week
  • Position is only located in the posted location(s); no relocation is offered
  • 40 hours per week
