About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise
Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T’s products and services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Speak Spanish and English
Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, not required
No sales experience required; AT&T provides tools, training and coaching
Candidates with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with applicable fair chance laws
Ability to perform duties involving contact with customers/candidates/clients
Ability to handle or work in proximity to sensitive information
Vehicle/tool/machine operation safety sensitivity, if applicable
