About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses
- Put in new lines and perform cable installation work
- Climb ladders and work aloft when needed
- Plug in and activate Wi-Fi networks
- Work independently as a trusted expert
- Solve installation and service-related problems
- Deliver best-in-class customer service and elevate the customer experience

Requirements
What you’ll need- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Possess a valid state driver’s license
- Lift and move up-to 60 lbs
- Weigh less than 325 lbs., required for ladder safety
- At times work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.)
- Be available for overtime, emergency call outs and holiday work
- Identify wire and cable colors
- Qualify on pre-employment assessment
