Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain complex customer inventories, campaign portfolios, and execution plans
Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive actions to support operational readiness and successful outcomes
Evaluate customer, operational, and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations supporting strategic decision-making
Partner with Technology, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to define requirements
Support development of tools, reporting capabilities, and automation solutions improving execution and data management
Collaborate with Product, PMO, Marketing, and Data teams to align priorities and resolve issues
Gather customer and operational feedback to improve processes, execution strategies, and customer outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience managing large-scale programs, projects, or business initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and operational processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights, strategic recommendations, and operational actions
Demonstrated ability to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and opportunities within large and complex datasets
Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing large customer inventories, multiple workstreams, and competing priorities
Experience analyzing business performance and customer data to develop insights, recommendations, and measurable business outcomes
Knowledge of Wireline products, customer lifecycle management, service migrations, or transformation programs
Experience in Care, AFO, operational support, service delivery, or customer-facing organizations
Experience working with large customer datasets, campaign management processes, or operational reporting environments
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Databricks, or similar analytical platforms
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
5+ years of related experience
