About the role
- Collaborate with and support production on quality-related projects and initiatives
- Analyze quality data to identify improvement opportunities; initiate corrective and preventive actions as required
- Make decisions regarding holding/quarantine, release, scrap, and rework of products and processes
- Maintain and further develop the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with standards and internal requirements
Requirements
- Completed technical education (e.g., HTL, degree, or equivalent qualification with a focus on quality management)
- Technical skills and analytical thinking
- Knowledge of quality standards such as DIN EN ISO 9001
- High degree of flexibility and adaptability
- Decision-making ability and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and commitment to professional development
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
