About the role
- Ensure daily business as well as recognize, identify and communicate technical trends and needs
- Lead technical initiatives and projects as well as representation of the AT&S group towards the market, specifically for dedicated accounts
- Understand, collect and maintain technical features and system demands from dedicated customers as well as overall potential market
- Conduct prelim feasibility checks, plant allocation, and calculations as well as identification of potential cost savings
Requirements
- Technical education with a strong focus on engineering
- Min 2 years working experience within the electronics supply chain – either prior to PCB (e.g., Electronics design, Reliability, etc.) or after PCB (e.g., PCBA, DFM, Testing, Reliability, etc.)
- Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to recognize future trends
- Willingness to participate and lead technical exchange with international partners (internal and external)
- Team-orientated with ability to communicate and interact with cross-functional teams and customers
- Strong project management skills
- Fluent in written and oral English (additional languages are a plus)
