About the role

  • Oversee demand planning activities including forecast consolidation, customer demand review, and variance analysis
  • Ensure demand inputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with S&OP
  • Identify demand risks and drive mitigation plans
  • Support S&OP demand review and management reporting
  • Support shipment planning by confirming output readiness daily
  • Lead master production scheduling (MPS) and detailed production planning
  • Ensure production plans are feasible, capacity-aligned, and executable
  • Monitor plan adherence and drive recovery actions for delivery gaps
  • Ensure timely availability of materials to support production plans
  • Drive inventory optimization, including control of excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory
  • Coordinate with Purchasing on supply risks and recovery plans
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and standard work for the PPC team
  • Monitor and report KPIs such as OTD, forecast accuracy, plan adherence, inventory turns, and master data accuracy
  • Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for performance gaps
  • Lead planning process improvements and support NPI readiness

Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • More than 7 years’ experience PPC, MRP, demand planning, inventory management, and production planning
  • Familiar with ERP/MES systems (SAP/Oracle) is an advantage
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Required to support weekend duty on a rotational basis
