About the role
- Assessment of process and quality capability of potential and existing suppliers
- Processing and evaluation of 8D reports, including monitoring deadlines and effectiveness
- Active management of corrective actions in case of deviations — implementing preventive measures
- Ensuring and improving manufacturing processes and product quality at our suppliers
- Handling PCNs (Product Change Notifications) and change management (supplier contact)
- Improvement projects using Six Sigma methodology
- Acting as the interface between the plant and suppliers
- Conducting supplier audits
Requirements
- Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, University) in Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Plastics Engineering, Chemistry or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in quality management is an advantage
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
