About the role
- Technical interface for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Evaluation and clarification of customer requirements and technical data.
- Support for new customer projects and product launches.
- Creation of machine-ready, project-specific CAM data based on customer and product engineering inputs.
- Preparation and maintenance of production documentation in accordance with systems and guidelines.
- Technical support for production data optimization and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Completed technical education (HTL or equivalent) and experience in the PCB or manufacturing industry.
- Technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of project management.
- Very good German and English skills (written and spoken).
- Team-oriented, structured, and solution-focused work style.
- MS Office skills; SAP knowledge advantageous.
