About the role
- Serve as the first point of contact and take responsibility for decisions on product release, hold, scrap, or rework; prevent potential deviations
- Produce quality reports to support daily operations and drive continuous improvement
- Authorize machine releases and manage process-related quality topics to ensure compliance
- Support periodic line audits and contribute to audits and quality-related procedures
Requirements
- Completed technical education (HTL or equivalent higher-level degree)
- Proficiency in German and English
- Experience in the electronics industry preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Open-minded, team-oriented, and adaptable to multicultural environments
- Willingness to work shifts in cleanroom conditions (3-shift up to 5-shift)
