About the role
- You monitor, analyze and improve production processes with respect to efficiency, productivity and quality.
- You support the introduction of new equipment and technologies, define process limits and ensure product quality through thorough testing and documentation.
- You act as the primary point of contact for manufacturing in day-to-day operations, develop structured reaction plans (ORP) and ensure fast, sustainable problem resolution.
- You conduct training for production personnel and promote the exchange of best practices to strengthen our quality and safety culture.
Requirements
- Technical education (HTL, Bachelor's degree or equivalent) – ideally in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or Materials Science
- Experience in process and quality management, statistical methods and documentation
- Proficient with MS Office and common quality tools
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills, team orientation and a proactive approach
- Fluent in German and English
