About the role
- Assist in planning and implementing plant projects, helping the team achieve ambitious targets
- Coordinate with Operations, perform statistical control of products and processes, and provide improvement recommendations based on trials
- Promote best-practice exchange, support our quality, environmental, health and safety (EHS) culture, and help define sustainable standards
Requirements
- Technical education (HTL or Bachelor's degree — ideally in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Materials Science Engineering)
- Fluent in German and English; proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and reporting skills
- Experience in project management (Green Belt level or equivalent)
- Proactive attitude, resilience, eagerness to learn, and team spirit
