About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the on-site AT-RISK Site Lead responsible for overall program management, operational oversight, personnel supervision, and client coordination at the assigned client location
  • Act as the primary liaison between AT-RISK, the client, local leadership, law enforcement, and security personnel to help ensure consistent service delivery, operational alignment, intelligence sharing, and emergency coordination
  • Manage all site administrative and operational requirements, including scheduling, reporting, compliance tracking, equipment accountability, Daily Activity Log review, incident documentation, and follow-up investigations as required
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate assigned personnel to help ensure compliance with company policy, post orders, operational standards, training requirements, and client expectations
  • Conduct and oversee both in-house and client-required training programs, including serving as lead instructor for approved security, emergency response, and operational training topics
  • Represent AT-RISK on the site crisis management team and support emergency planning, threat mitigation, evacuations, shelter-in-place procedures, crisis lock-down operations, and overall risk management initiatives
  • Respond to incidents as an armed active responder and provide initial investigative response and incident triage during security-related events or emergencies
  • Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and willingness to perform additional job-related duties as assigned in support of the client and operational mission

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7–10 years of corporate, operational security, military, or law enforcement experience in dynamic environments
  • Valid state-issued Armed Security Guard License (where required by jurisdiction)
  • Valid Concealed Carry License/Permit (where applicable)
  • Legal authority to carry a firearm in the state of assignment
  • Active certifications for First Aid, CPR, AED
  • Experience managing active assailant prevention and response programs (ALERT, Defensive Tactics, Tactical Movement, Retention)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and database systems for reporting and communication
  • Experience conducting investigations
  • Proficient in physical security systems, including CCTV and access control
  • Proficient in firearms handling (concealed carry experience preferred)
