Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple projects and client accounts
Support client-facing employees within the Corporate Security environment
Lead personnel selection and management decisions
Provide ongoing management and support to security personnel
Develop new programs and implement standard operating procedures
Maintain accurate client account records
Plan and manage personal protection operations
Cultivate strong relationships with clients
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Monitor employee time and coordinate travel logistics
Manage equipment inventory

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years of corporate-related security and/or operational experience
Experience in international executive protection operations
Advanced experience in directly managing large, diverse teams is a plus
Corporate security, protective security, or intelligence-related experience/background preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, etc.)
Ability to travel domestically or internationally
