• Own full-cycle recruiting for company with a focus on global technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiations\n• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs\n• Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, with a focus on quality and long-term fit\n• Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, define role requirements, and build effective interview processes\n• Train and support team members on interview best practices and hiring readiness\n• Collaborate with individuals across our ecosystem to identify emerging talent, match skills with opportunities, and support talent development\n• Track pipeline health, hiring metrics, and ensure consistent ATS usage (Ashby)\n• May be required to support People Operations tasks as needed.
