About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and support North America eCommerce platforms (US & Canada)
  • Ensure website performance, security, and stability
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Web Administration, ecommerce operations, or similar role
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (required) for communication
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento)
  • Experience using Jira or similar project/ticket management tools
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of website security best practices
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
