Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing financial accounting operations, internal and external reporting, and financial forecast and analysis functions.
Lead a team to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, robust forecasting, and insightful analysis.
Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Oversee cost accounting, including standard costing and variance analysis.
Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to support business strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and analyze assumptions.
Provide clear commentary on financial performance, variances, and trends.
Streamline and improve financial processes, systems, and controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
At least 8 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Computer industry work experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
Proven expertise in month-end closing, cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Effective written and verbal communication skill of Chinese/ Mandarin is a plus.
