About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end management of employee relations cases, including investigations, documentation, and resolution
- Advise managers on performance issues, policy interpretation, and corrective actions
- Lead and manage involuntary termination processes, including documentation, risk review, and coordination
- Ensure consistent and compliant application of policies and practices
- Own and execute employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Plan and deliver employee events and recognition programs
- Analyze employee feedback and drive improvements to engagement and retention
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, or similar roles
- Experience supporting a mid-sized organization (300–400+ employees)
- Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with employee engagement or L&D programs
- Proficiency with HR systems and tools (ADP WFN experience preferred)
