About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform variance analysis (actual/forecast vs. forecast)
Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
Monitor forecast accuracy and provide insights to the sales team
Support month-end and year-end close process
Address and resolve issues during month-end close
Work cross-functionally with other departments
Participate in cross-training initiatives within finance department
Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation technologies
Assist in preparation and review of accounting policies
Fulfill requests for external quarterly review and annual audit
Assist with special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
Computer industry work experience is preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skill of Chinese/ Mandarin is a plus
