About the role
- The Business Planning Manager combines business planning with financial governance to enable efficient operations.
- Evaluate and validate business-model assumptions, track performance and drive cost optimization.
- Partner with regional leadership to assess financial projections and develop product-costing models.
- Own performance-management cadence including monthly close reporting and quarterly business reviews.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process improvements for branch workflows.
- Design and operate the branch spend-control framework, ensuring financial discipline and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent)
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Business Planning
- Experienced knowledge of personal computer with mastered skills in MS Excel
- Proficiency with database applications and presentation software applications such as PowerPoint are also required.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and data.
- Fluent in English is a must; Mandarin is a plus.
