About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Business Planning Manager combines business planning with financial governance to enable efficient operations.
Evaluate and validate business-model assumptions, track performance and drive cost optimization.
Partner with regional leadership to assess financial projections and develop product-costing models.
Own performance-management cadence including monthly close reporting and quarterly business reviews.
Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process improvements for branch workflows.
Design and operate the branch spend-control framework, ensuring financial discipline and accountability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent)
7+ years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Business Planning
Experienced knowledge of personal computer with mastered skills in MS Excel
Proficiency with database applications and presentation software applications such as PowerPoint are also required.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and data.
Fluent in English is a must; Mandarin is a plus.
