About the role
- Play an integral role in Asurion’s implementation of a consumer-focused strategy
- Provide data-driven insights to enable consumer understanding
- Assist in management of internal and external partners to execute research
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Growth, Operations, CX)
- Mine data for insights and trends
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations
- Manage key aspects of research projects
Requirements
- B.S. in marketing, business administration, psychology, social sciences, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of professional experience in consumer insights / marketing research roles leveraging innovative quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to inform product marketing
- Advanced Excel skills required
- PowerPoint proficiency
- Experience using cross-tab software
- Experience with survey platforms, AI agents, knowledge management platforms, consumer survey databases, and data visualization tools
