About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Diagnose and unlock subscriber growth opportunities
- Synthesize quantitative data, qualitative signals, and market context
- Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, marketing, finance, and operations
- Help define the Home Task Force's strategic priorities on an annual and quarterly basis
- Author crisp decision-making memos and executive communications to drive alignment and action
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree in a business or quantitative discipline required
- 10+ years of experience working in a startup or leading a transformation initiative within a large company (or both)
- Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Track record of measurable business impact — subscriber growth, revenue acceleration, cost efficiency
- Preferred: background in subscription businesses, fin tech, B2B2C motions.
