About the role
- Grow take rate, sales channels and product portfolio for the AT&T account.
- Develop strong, lasting productive relationships with the client at multiple levels.
- Establish overall long term and short-term account strategies across all channels (Retail, Indirect, Online, National Retail, CARE & SMB).
- Develop key account acquisition and business targets to ensure growth, revenue, and profitability goals are met.
- Develop key initiatives and innovative solutions to maximize subscriber growth and profitability and minimize churn.
- Plan and direct all aspects of the account sales objectives and initiatives.
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales growth team.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in senior sales and marketing leadership positions
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
- Strong selling, relationship and consultation skills
- Proven ability to build deep, productive client relationships
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, territory design, quota management and sales compensation
