About the role

  • Act as a sales enabler between Asurion and a wireless carrier’s sales channels
  • Focus on growth areas within carrier-owned retail stores
  • Drive Home Protection point of sale performance growth through field training and leadership coaching
  • Implement continuing education training and social media campaigns
  • Work with internal Client Service team members and other internal cross-functional areas to identify growth opportunities and process improvements
  • Conduct field sales training, side-by-side selling, and on-floor observations
  • Promote awareness and utilization of key channel support resources

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales-related role
  • Field experience strongly preferred
  • Wireless retail experience preferred
  • Related areas such as consumer electronics, warranty products, etc. also relevant
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Contact management, time management, and strong organizational skills
  • Presentation skills to small and large groups, across all levels
  • Problem solving, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Intermediate level abilities in Microsoft Office Suite and other client-related applications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (concentration in Business, Marketing, or other relevant subject area is ideal)
