About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for selling cloud-based time and attendance solutions to business customers across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and web leads.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to follow up on leads, nurture opportunities, and engage existing customers for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop quotes, present pricing, and negotiate terms to close sales.
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of business accounts and channel partners.
  • Understand customer pain points and identify the right solutions to meet their operational needs.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities and features via phone, video, and email.
  • Provide guidance on system configuration, deployment options, and integration with payroll systems.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of PayClock Online software, compatible time clock hardware, and competitive differentiators.
  • Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS solutions, or consultative selling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., NetSuite preferred).
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consultative and customer-focused selling style.
  • High product curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Persuasive communicator and confident negotiator.
