About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the post-sales technical relationship with enterprise customers
- Lead a team of Support Specialists and provide mentorship
- Manage incoming client issues and ensure SLAs are met
- Conduct deep-dive technical investigations and debugging
- Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in client support and technical management
- Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a small team
- Proficiency in C#/.NET, MongoDB, SQL Server, Redis
- Ability to perform technical investigations and debug across various platforms
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
