Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for GTM positions
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Develop and execute innovative sourcing techniques
Design and continuously refine internal recruitment processes
Lead closing and negotiations with understanding of compensation and equity
Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Deep understanding of GTM functions
Familiarity with GTM tooling and tech stacks
Experience hiring across multiple GTM segments
Experience partnering with Revenue leadership
Strong negotiation skills specific to GTM compensation
Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proven track record with recruiter-sourced outbound sequences
Bonus: Experience at a SaaS or cloud-based company
Bonus: Prior startup experience
Bonus: Experience hiring enterprise sellers with structured sales methodology backgrounds (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar)
