Senior Director of Sales, Core Services
Astro PakSenior Director of Sales leading Astro Pak's technical sales organization and driving growth in regulated markets. Overseeing sales directors and developing strategic customer relationships.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Directors and field sales teams nationwide.
- Execute growth strategies focused on revenue, account penetration, customer retention, and share-of-wallet expansion.
- Build a high-performing, customer-focused sales culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and technical credibility.
- Partner closely with Operations, Estimating, Business Development, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align growth objectives and execution.
- Support strategic customer relationships, key account development, and complex sales opportunities.
- Establish sales processes, performance metrics, forecasting discipline, and talent development programs.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities while strengthening Astro Pak’s presence in existing markets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required; Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related technical discipline preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including leadership of sales managers or distributed field sales teams.
- Experience in technical, industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or regulated service environments preferred.
- Demonstrated success driving growth, developing sales talent, and managing strategic customer relationships.
- Strong business acumen, technical sales aptitude, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Collaborative, servant-leadership mindset with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
