About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit, certify, and operationalize partners to sell the Oasis platform
- Drive regional revenue by co-selling enterprise deals with partners across stakeholders
- Enable partners to lead with NHI Assessments
- Develop and execute a quantifiable strategy, maintaining Salesforce hygiene and pipeline forecasts
- Leverage AI-driven tools and automation for partner communication
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5+ years in a channel or sales role
- Proven track record in developing channel strategies and managing partner relationships
- Deep understanding of partner dynamics and technical details in the NHI domain
- Excited about the potential of AI in sales and proactive about experimenting with new tools
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required
