About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, manage, and develop a team of GTM Talent Acquisition Partners
- Own and drive end-to-end recruiting across GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Technical GTM roles)
- Personally lead key and strategic hires, especially for senior or high-impact GTM roles
- Partner closely with HRBPs and GTM leadership to define hiring strategy, priorities, and workforce plans
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — challenging, calibrating, and raising the hiring bar
- Drive high-quality, targeted sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, outbound, referrals)
- Ensure high-signal interview processes and consistent evaluation standards across the team
- Own and elevate candidate experience — fast, transparent, and high-quality
- Monitor and improve recruiting metrics and funnel performance
- Identify gaps and implement process improvements to increase speed and quality
- Support closing strategies and help secure top candidates in competitive markets
- Manage and optimize work with external agencies when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including team leadership
- Proven experience managing and developing recruiters in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong experience hiring across GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, and/or customer-facing technical roles)
- Experience in a SaaS / cybersecurity startup environment — strong advantage
- A hands-on leader — comfortable sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Deep understanding of what “great” looks like in GTM roles
- Strong ability to maintain and elevate a high talent bar
- Excellent stakeholder management, working closely with HRBPs and senior leadership
- Strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve recruiting performance
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
