About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end recruiting for Sales roles (AE's, RD's, CAM, Sales Leadership etc)
- Partner with Sales leadership to define ideal candidate profiles, territories, and hiring plans
- Build and drive high-quality, targeted pipelines from leading SaaS and cybersecurity companies
- Lead direct sourcing efforts (LinkedIn, referrals, outbound outreach)
- Run high-signal screening and interview processes
- Drive closing strategy and help secure top candidates in competitive processes
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers - challenging, calibrating, and raising the bar
- Use data and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong focus on Sales hiring
- Proven experience hiring for high-performing enterprise SaaS / cybersecurity sales teams
- Deep understanding of what “great” looks like in Sales (track record, deal size, sales motion, etc.)
- Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting capabilities
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong stakeholder management and business acumen
- A high bar for talent and the ability to assess beyond resumes.
