About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own technical enablement for Sales, SE, and Channel
- Build the curriculum, run certifications, and partner with Product to ship enablement on every release
- Build and run technical bootcamps and ongoing technical/product enablement
- Own demo standards and demo certifications
- Partner with Product and Engineering to scale enablement product GTM process
- Measure enablement impact on ramp, win rate, and deal cycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in technical enablement, SE, or product marketing in security or infrastructure
- Strong technical depth in identity, cloud, or cybersecurity
- Experience in building enablement materials and delivering the trainings
- Comfortable presenting to and coaching senior sellers and SEs
- Experience in non-human identity, IAM, PAM, or cloud security a plus
