Key responsibilities & impact

Design and execute a world-class events calendar—from high-touch executive roundtables to major international security summits.
Own end-to-end logistics, including vendor global management, booth production, and on-site execution.
Partner with Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure every global engagement is captured, tracked, and converted into a measurable pipeline.
Translate event data into actionable business impact, continuously optimizing our global strategy based on market trends and performance.
Leverage AI tools to scale workflows and create personalized experiences for attendees.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years in field marketing or event management, with a solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
Previous experience managing presence at major industry conferences like RSA or Identiverse.
Proven track record of executing high-impact events across different regions (US, EMEA, etc.) and managing international vendors.
You are a "doer" who can also think big.
You understand that an event’s success is measured by the quality of the pipeline it generates, not just the number of attendees.
You are curious about and comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, or meeting assistants).
You can hold your own in a room with CISOs and executives, representing Oasis with confidence and clarity.
Eager to take ownership, prove your impact, and grow with a fast-scaling startup.
