Regional Director

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the East and close the biggest deals
- Scale one of our most strategic regions and build a high-performing team
- Manage Regional Directors and take ownership of the most important deals in the region
- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales organization
- Drive pipeline generation and new logo acquisition at enterprise scale
- Step into critical deals and drive them to close
- Lead strategic enterprise relationships
- Partner cross-functionally to accelerate growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals (recent experience required)
- Experience selling into enterprise security buyers (CISO-level)
- Experience in high-growth environments (building vs. operating at scale)
- Background in Identity preferred
- Experience managing managers is a plus, not required. Strong first-line leaders ready to step up are highly relevant
