About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the administrative component of Astreya Human Resources and other HR-related duties as assigned
- Handle global field employee onboarding, off-boarding, and change procedures
- Maintain documents and files for HR compliance
- Administer HRIS and client-specific provisioning
- Collaboratively solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations
- Improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction
- Maintain and contribute to a professional work environment
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
- Good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- General knowledge of employment laws, practices, and government compliance regulations
- Effective oral and written communication skills with sensitivity to a diverse employee population
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Resourceful with an ability to operate with limited information
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests from multiple sources
- Experience working with large, enterprise-level HRIS
- Understanding of APAC, EMEA, and the US for backup is required
- Ability to perform office-related tasks, including prolonged sitting or standing
- Ability to move within an office environment
- Ability to use a computer
- Ability to communicate effectively
