About the role

  • Drive Proposal Development: Partner with Senior practice solutions Architects to craft winning responses for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive pitch decks, translating complex architectures into clear, executive-level business narratives.
  • Build Financial Models: Develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) calculators that prove the financial viability of our managed service offerings.
  • Orchestrate Solutions: Act as the strategic link between sales and delivery by collaborating with practice leads across Digital Workplace, Enterprise AI, and Cloud Security to assemble cohesive, multi-tower solutions.
  • Provide Market Intelligence: Research the IT Managed Services and Enterprise AI landscape to create battle cards and competitive positioning strategies for the sales team.
  • Support Client Engagements: Shadow senior technical leaders on discovery calls and solution presentations, gradually taking the floor to pitch specific modules of our solutions.

Requirements

  • A recent MBA from a reputable institution, ideally with a concentration in IT Strategy, Operations, Finance, or Marketing.
  • 0 to 3 years of professional experience.
  • Prior internships or roles in IT consulting, tech sales, presales, or business analysis are highly preferred.
  • A solid foundational understanding of modern IT concepts (Cloud infrastructure, AI automation, enterprise service desks) and the ability to articulate their business impact.
  • A proven ability to connect technology investments to tangible business outcomes, such as revenue growth, cost reduction, or risk mitigation.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with high proficiency in building logical, persuasive presentation decks.
  • A highly organized, relentless learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
