About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct CEA (cost effectiveness analysis) effectively
- Prepare strategic HTA (health technology assessment) materials
- Minimize price cuts for responsible products under the Official CEE
- Accomplish CEA according to the guidelines and generate plausible results
- Collaborate with internal and external people concerned
- Prepare required materials and negotiate with C2H/MHLW in the official CEE process
- Make suggestions to Pricing & Market access strategy in terms of HTA
- Collect updated information about technical knowledge, HTA system, and leverage them for activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience of CEA
- Experience of CEE negotiation with C2H
- Experience of working in a multi-national pharmaceutical company
- Bachelor degree in relevant field (Marketing, Science, Economics or pharmacists)
- Pharmacist license
- Medical license
- Knowledge of healthcare business, HTA, and pricing & reimbursement regulations in Japan
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Logical thinking
- Problem resolution skills
- Project management skills
- Experience in Real World Data analysis/Epidemiological research
- Familiarity with operating in a global business
- Statistical skills
- High-level Excel skills
- Fluent in Japanese and business-level English
