About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide professional therapeutic support and consultation to specialists working in uro-oncology
  • Create and evaluate market data analyses and reports
  • Develop and implement account plans and account strategies
  • Build a deep understanding of local care networks and referral structures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed training as a certified pharmaceutical representative (m/f/d) according to §75 AMG or an equivalent qualification
  • At least five years' experience in pharmaceutical field sales, ideally supporting specialists in uro-oncology
  • Solid experience from other specialty care areas with knowledge of complex therapeutic fields
  • Product, market and customer knowledge, or willingness to learn and adapt
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • High motivation and self-initiative
  • Confident demeanor with persuasiveness and enthusiasm
  • Team player who promotes cross-functional collaboration
  • Business-fluent German and ideally good English skills, both written and spoken
