About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the day-to-day management of the Clinical Solution Analyst team.
Develop and maintain deep, current expertise on the product.
Partner closely with the Product team to identify and communicate gaps observed across studies and customer engagements.
Partner with the Sales/Commercial team to support feasibility assessments for new and prospective studies.
Act as a senior customer-facing representative of delivery.
Determine team priorities in alignment with portfolio and business needs.
Identify opportunities to improve study design and configuration processes.
Proactively identify risks across the team's portfolio of studies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have hands-on experience working on eCOA studies.
Must have prior experience working at another eCOA vendor.
Must have deep familiarity with clinical trial designs across diverse therapeutic areas.
Must have direct, proven experience reading clinical trial protocols and translating them into clear, actionable system/study requirements.
Must be able to hire and develop team members who can perform this same protocol-to-requirements-and-configuration translation independently.
Must be able to operate independently amid ambiguity and competing priorities.
Proven experience leading and managing a team of clinical trial design, business analysis, and/or implementation specialists.
Extensive hands-on background in clinical study design, requirements gathering, and configuration.
Experience partnering with Sales/Commercial teams on solution feasibility, scoping, or pre-sales support.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
