About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute your sales management plan to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for your territory
  • Promote our primary care product portfolio and educate our valued customers to deliver positive patient outcomes
  • Share product information with physicians, pharmacists and hospital-based influencers
  • Uncover unmet needs and develop solutions to address them
  • Collaborate with the sales team, colleagues at headquarters and key influencers within the district business unit and your region
  • Communicate field activity information with your team and headquarters partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical product sales experience required; preferably within the pharmaceutical sector; CFPC accreditation desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized college or university
  • Demonstrated and consistent track record of sales performance
  • Proven business acumen and analytical expertise
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in launching new products
  • Strong technical skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint, and digital meeting platforms including Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
