About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute your sales management plan to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for your territory
- Promote our primary care product portfolio and educate our valued customers to deliver positive patient outcomes
- Share product information with physicians, pharmacists and hospital-based influencers
- Uncover unmet needs and develop solutions to address them
- Collaborate with the sales team, colleagues at headquarters and key influencers within the district business unit and your region
- Communicate field activity information with your team and headquarters partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical product sales experience required; preferably within the pharmaceutical sector; CFPC accreditation desirable
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized college or university
- Demonstrated and consistent track record of sales performance
- Proven business acumen and analytical expertise
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Experience in launching new products
- Strong technical skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint, and digital meeting platforms including Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
