About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead interactions with healthcare providers, focusing on clinical selling and identifying customer needs for education
- Develop and manage account plans with the Oncology Business Manager
- Conduct opportunity assessments and identify multi-disciplinary customers within accounts across the patient journey
- Develop tumor-focused business plans based on key insights and engagement plans
- Educate and engage HCPs about efficacy, safety, and dosing profiles for FDA-approved indications
- Provide critical input into geography-level priorities and plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of demonstrated Sales or Commercial experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, or other relevant experience in related healthcare environments
- Bachelor’s degree
- A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Pharmaceutical sales experience (preferred)
- Experience working with or within Mayo Clinic (preferred)
- Oncology sales experience in (specifically Breast, Lung, Hematology, Gynecology, Genitourinary, or Gastrointestinal cancer) (preferred)
- Experience with successful launches and balancing a complex portfolio (preferred)
- Track record of building customer relationships through various mediums (in-person and virtual) and strong sales goal achievements (preferred)
- Ability to learn, analyze, understand and convey complex information (preferred)
