Requirements

  • Must live in Orange County, CA or a neighboring area
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years Demonstrated Sales, B2B, or Commercial experience or a combination of pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, or related industry
  • Proven leadership capabilities and/or people management experience
  • A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Clinical Acumen (desirable): understanding of primary care pharmaceutical products, disease states, and treatment guidelines
  • Business Acumen (desirable): knowledge of primary care market dynamics, budget considerations, formulary access, and HCP engagement
  • Coaching and development experience (desirable): expertise in coaching and developing teams
  • Ability to build high-performing teams and drive accountability (desirable)
  • Growth & Innovation Mindset (desirable): leveraging new technology and data insights
