About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide professional support and scientific consultation to specialist physicians in hospitals and in office-based practice
Analyze and evaluate available market data
Consistently implement the company strategy by developing tailored measures
Create account plans while considering the available budget
Implement account strategies and plans
Work closely with First Line Sales Managers, Medical Science Liaisons and the marketing team
Develop and implement innovative training and education concepts
Attend congresses, sponsored events and other functions to maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in business administration or a natural science, or certification as a qualified pharmaceutical representative
Several years of field-based experience supporting specialist physicians in hospitals and office-based practice
Deep understanding of products, markets and customer needs
Experience in account management and strategic customer development
Willingness to travel and very good MS Office skills
Business-fluent German and good English skills
