Associate Country Study Manager – Onco
AstraZenecaCountry Study Manager overseeing clinical study delivery in China. Leading the study team and managing timelines, budgets, and operational activities.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for planning and leading the delivery of all components of a clinical study
- Form a motivated and aligned study team
- Prepare and deliver study-level feasibility and develop recruitment strategies
- Forecast and day-to-day management of study timelines and budgets
- Coordinate training at Investigator/monitor meetings
- Report study progress/update to the SMO Study Leader/Team
- Ensure local Serious Adverse Event reconciliation takes place
- Facilitate translation of documents through external providers
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree and/or equivalent in a biological science or healthcare-related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in R&D Clinical Operations or other related fields
- Working as LSTL for at least 1 year
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
- Good ability to learn and to adapt to work with IT systems
