About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The AD, MEGO serves as the US MEGO Lead for an assigned Oncology franchise/portfolio, owning IME ( Independent Medical Education ) strategy and end‑to‑end grant governance.
This role aligns IME with US Medical Affairs and Corporate interests.
They will lead TARC ( Therapeutic Area Review Committee ) activities and make funding decisions based on strategy, scientific merit, and risk.
This will ensure compliant, high‑quality educational grants that improve patient care.
Partners across medical teams and interacts with external providers.
Responsible for managing budgets.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry/medical education
Expertise in medical education and adult learning
Deep knowledge of FDA, PhRMA Code, AMA, ACCME, OIG, Open Payments
Strong cross functional leadership with independent decision‑making
Strategic planning, project and budget management skills
Excellent communication and presentation capability
Proficiency in business/analytics tools with strong analytical and organizational skills
Adaptability in complex environments; experience with AI platforms
