Therapy Area Specialist, Urogenital Oncology

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and provide specialist therapeutic consultation to uro-oncology physicians in hospitals and outpatient practices
- Prepare analyses and evaluations of market data
- Develop account plans and implement account strategies
- Build an in-depth understanding of local care networks and referral structures
- Design and develop innovative continuing education concepts
- Participate in congresses, sponsorships and events
- Coordinate closely and collaborate with internal interfaces
- Execute the company strategy to ensure target achievement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed training as a certified pharmaceutical representative (Pharmareferent) in accordance with §75 AMG or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum of five years' experience in pharmaceutical field sales, ideally supporting specialist physicians in uro-oncology
- Solid experience from other specialty-care areas
- Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems
- High level of commitment and initiative
- Confident presence with persuasiveness and enthusiasm
- Team player who promotes cross-functional collaboration
- Business fluent German and ideally good English skills, both written and spoken
