About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify relevant external stakeholders, interdisciplinary and cross-sector strategic networks, and medical/scientific societies, and develop speakers and advocates as part of launch excellence
  • Engage in peer-level communication as an indication expert with external stakeholders (scientific leadership) and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations within healthcare
  • Provide active, personal, and scientific support to key accounts within a cross-functional team
  • Design, initiate, and implement supra-regional and regional scientific projects; participate in regional, national, and international congresses; and actively plan, initiate, and execute symposia and continuing education events
  • Deliver professional project management within cross-functional teams
  • Support and accompany internal and external study projects
  • Develop scientific presentation materials and training programs for internal (e.g., Sales and Marketing) and external stakeholders in collaboration with Medical Affairs
  • Support scientific publications
  • Ensure responsible documentation and use of existing IT systems and adapt to new technical systems
  • Plan and implement internal and external training programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A completed degree in a natural science, pharmaceutical, or medical field and strong medical-scientific expertise
  • Experience in medical-scientific field roles (Sales, CRA, MSL), and experience in rheumatology, dermatology, or immunology is an advantage
  • Ability to quickly and independently familiarise yourself with new indications and subject matter
  • Enthusiasm and initial experience in actively shaping projects and collaborating in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor complex information to the needs of the target audience
  • A high level of team- and cooperation-oriented working style combined with strong independence and personal flexibility in the role
  • Good MS Office skills and proficiency in German and English
