About the role
- Provide professional therapeutic support and consultation to oncologists and other specialists in hospitals and outpatient settings
- Analyze and evaluate available market data, e.g., through market and potential analyses and identify opportunities
- Create account plans and manage budget responsibly
- Implement account strategies and plans in strict compliance with all regulations
- Develop innovative continuing education concepts tailored to current customer needs
- Attend congresses and events for customer relationship management
- Coordinate closely and collaborate with internal interfaces (Sales, Medical & Marketing)
- Execute company strategy and measures to ensure target attainment
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or natural sciences
- Field-based experience in supporting medical specialists
- Experience in oncology or other specialty care areas or in specialized medical care
- Product, market and customer knowledge or willingness to learn and understand healthcare contexts
- Confident presence with persuasiveness and enthusiasm
- Proficient in MS Office, common project management tools and CRM systems
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
