About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide professional therapeutic support and consultation to oncologists and other specialists in hospitals and outpatient settings
Analyze and evaluate available market data, e.g., through market and potential analyses and identify opportunities
Create account plans and manage budget responsibly
Implement account strategies and plans in strict compliance with all regulations
Develop innovative continuing education concepts tailored to current customer needs
Attend congresses and events for customer relationship management
Coordinate closely and collaborate with internal interfaces (Sales, Medical & Marketing)
Execute company strategy and measures to ensure target attainment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in business administration or natural sciences
Field-based experience in supporting medical specialists
Experience in oncology or other specialty care areas or in specialized medical care
Product, market and customer knowledge or willingness to learn and understand healthcare contexts
Confident presence with persuasiveness and enthusiasm
Proficient in MS Office, common project management tools and CRM systems
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
