About the role

  • Responsible for supporting and providing therapeutic advice to oncologists in hospitals and private practices
  • Analyze and evaluate available market data
  • Consistently implement the company strategy and take actions to ensure target achievement
  • Create account plans and manage the allocated budget responsibly
  • Implement account strategies and plans in strict compliance with all internal and external regulations and codes
  • Work closely and coordinate with internal stakeholders
  • Develop innovative training and continuing education concepts based on current customer needs
  • Participate in conferences, sponsorships, and events

Requirements

  • You have completed a degree in business administration or the natural sciences, or a comparable qualification, or are a certified pharmaceutical sales representative
  • You have several years of field sales experience supporting specialist physicians and have experience in the oncology indication or in other specialty care areas or specialist care
  • You possess solid product, market, and customer knowledge and are familiar with health policy contexts
  • You demonstrate a confident presence, persuasiveness, and the ability to inspire even in challenging situations
  • You have strong communication skills, a pronounced customer orientation, and a high level of commitment and initiative
  • You have business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
