About the role
- Responsible for supporting and providing therapeutic advice to oncologists in hospitals and private practices
- Analyze and evaluate available market data
- Consistently implement the company strategy and take actions to ensure target achievement
- Create account plans and manage the allocated budget responsibly
- Implement account strategies and plans in strict compliance with all internal and external regulations and codes
- Work closely and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Develop innovative training and continuing education concepts based on current customer needs
- Participate in conferences, sponsorships, and events
Requirements
- You have completed a degree in business administration or the natural sciences, or a comparable qualification, or are a certified pharmaceutical sales representative
- You have several years of field sales experience supporting specialist physicians and have experience in the oncology indication or in other specialty care areas or specialist care
- You possess solid product, market, and customer knowledge and are familiar with health policy contexts
- You demonstrate a confident presence, persuasiveness, and the ability to inspire even in challenging situations
- You have strong communication skills, a pronounced customer orientation, and a high level of commitment and initiative
- You have business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
