About the role
- You will play a key role in the successful conduct of clinical trials in cell therapy
- Build and maintain knowledge of the cell therapy pipeline
- Communicate AstraZeneca's cell therapy strategy
- Capture relevant insights from the field
- Implement targeted protocol trainings
- Serve as the primary field contact for protocol and clinical queries
- Systematically document site-specific insights
- Coordinate delivery across CTCO (Clinical Trial Conduct Operations) departments
Requirements
- University degree in a related field, preferably life sciences, or equivalent qualification
- Several years' experience in clinical research or medical field roles
- Direct CAR‑T/cell therapy experience
- Strong technical knowledge and extensive experience in clinical operations
- Excellent knowledge of the clinical trial process
- Excellent stakeholder/partner management skills
- Highly data-oriented
- Very good German and English skills, and strong ability to learn and adapt to IT systems
